JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- High level clouds will move into the area Monday but not before temperatures dip into the 30s early in the morning with some scattered light inland frost. Highs Monday afternoon will reach into the 60s. The week as a whole will be milder with a few showers at times but not the kind of soaker that the local area so badly needs. A few showers will occur later Tuesday and Tuesday night and again later Thursday into early Friday. Highs will be mild Tuesday through Friday -- close to 70 degrees though only in the 60s at the beaches due to persistent onshore flow.
