More witnesses questioned as the Guy Heinze, Jr. trial continues

BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- Day six of the Guy Heinze, Jr. trial started with the prosecution calling more witnesses.  

So far this morning, the jury heard from the manager of a Huddle House restaurant who testified that Heinze appeared to be high on speed when he came in the morning the bodies of his family were found. 

They also heard from a witness who says he lived at the park where Heinze said he spent hours alone, getting high on crack.

Heinze, 26, is accused of killing his father, uncle, aunt, cousins, and a family friend back in August of 2009. A medical examiner testified each victim died of blunt force trauma. Heinze has pleaded not guilty to the charges. 

He faces the death penalty if convicted.
