Mother of toddler thrown down the stairs speaks out
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The mother of the 2-year-old girl who was thrown down a flight of concrete stairs spoke exclusively to Action News. According to Brandalynn Josey, her daughter had to get two staples on her head.
