JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Defense attorneys for Michael Dunn filed a motion this week to sequester the jury.
Dunn is set to go on trial next week on first-degree murder charges for the death of Jordan Davis in Nov. 2012.
Police say Dunn opened fire on a car full of teens after an argument over loud music at a gas station, killing the 17-year-old student from Wolfson High School.
Attorney Cory Strolla filed a motion to not only sequester the jury, but to exclude evidence such as comments, actions, prior comments, and miscellaneous and inflammatory photographs.
