Motorcyclist killed in crash at Baymeadows & I95
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A motorcyclist was killed Friday in a crash at Baymeadows Road and Interstate 95.
The Florida Highway Patrol says the motrocyclist ran a red light on Baymeadows Road just as 70-year-old Anthony Stachowski pulled off the I95 exit ramp. He then crashed into Stachowski's truck.
That motorcyclist, 25-year-old Steven Jones, was taken to Orange Park Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. Stachowski was taken to Baptist Hospital South with minor injuries.
