JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Three-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Tony Stewart stopped in Jacksonville Wednesday night.
The NASCAR driver helped celebrate the grand opening of a new Xfinity store at the River City Marketplace. He signed autographs for fans.
His No. 14 Bass Pro Shops/Mobil 1 Chevrolet race car was on display.
“As a race car driver and a team owner, I like to be hands-on and test-drive products, especially when they are fast, which is why I love this new River City Comcast Xfinity store,” Stewart said. “It’s completely interactive, and really allows people to experience Comcast products and services for themselves. I’m a big fan!”
Comcast Florida presented Stewart with a $15,000 donation for the Tony Stewart Foundation which helps organizations that serve children, animals and injured racing drivers in 41 states.
