NTSB releases Mayo Clinic helicopter crash report

so this company has a history of breaking the rules & it's pilots as well... gambling on folks lives in aircraft not enabled to fly under conditions... and the ntsb had to have had this company on it's radar,, with the previous history !!! if not why ??? and hoke didn't have an accident while refueling,, refueling implies the aircraft was already on the ground... according to the article,, he hit a tree while attempting to land,, refueling might have been his intention,, after he was on the ground,,, but 1st you have to safely land the helicopter... I think sk jets should change it's name to "touch n go airways",,, and the motto should be,, "we always land on time"... just might not be your desired location ???
