JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Chilly, blustery, dry air is pushing south into metro Jacksonville, Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia on the underside of "Sandy" as the storm makes landfall just south of Atlantic City near Ocean City, New Jersey.  Temperatures will plummet by early Tuesday into the 30s well inland....near 40 along the I-95 corridor...and the mid to upper 40s at the beaches.  Tuesday will be another blustery day but under sunny skies with afternoon temperatures only in the mid 60s.  Our nighttime lows will be some 20 degrees below average while afternoon highs will be about 15 degrees below average.
