hey dismore,, you already live in 1/2 a 40 year old ghetto,, how low can they go ??? i can't imagine why anyone would want to live in the shores... 40 years ago it was a start up for golden oldies with lots of promise... today it would take more than lipstick & rouge to give the old gal glamour.... and those foolish folks who bought in the newer areas towards the southern entrance,, suckers,,, you grossly overpaid... in my opinion the bulldozers should have kept right on going,,, tear it all down & begin over,, with a plan
