I agree grumpy, if we don't do something about the vagrants, drunks and homeless downtown, we will never see what this city is capable of as far as growing downtown to the location that would be safe and enjoyable to hang out and not be looking over your shoulder or have vagrants wanting money every place you go. Good luck Mayor, but don't get your hopes up if you first don't clean up the undersirables. I for one would love to take the wife out on the downtown but it's not the safe place we would like it to be even with your Clock.

They can waste all the taxpayers dollars they want downtown, but people are NOT going to go down there to get mugged or killed!! Clean out the riff-raff FIRST! Trying anything else is like hanging a chandelier in a outhouse!
