JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A tantalizing trend is taking over local legs. From the storefronts to the passers-by, you can’t walk very far these days without running into the newest fall fashion – tights!
"They’re comfortable and cute, it’s what’s in right now for fall,” said local shopper Andrea Harmon.
Employees at Arden B. in the St. Johns Town Center tell Action News they’re so popular this season, they’re having a hard time keeping them in stock.
"They’re actually selling out a lot this fall,” said Arden B. Assistant Manager Sky Atkins.
From leather and sparkle to lace and leopard print, these certainly aren’t the kind of tights your grandmother used to wear.
"People got tired of seeing everyone walking around with basic leggings. Now, they're versatile. You can wear them with almost anything now,” Atkins said.
