JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A new juror is breaking her silence in the Michael Dunn trial.

Her name is Creshuna Miles and she was one of two black women on the jury.

Miles told CNN that in her mind the case was never about race.

"I never once thought about, oh this was a black kid, this was a white guy, because that was wasn't the case."

The state attorney's office is requesting that Michael Dunn be retried in May for first-degree murder.

This lady seems to be pretty fair and was absolutely straight forward on her thinking when it comes to how this case was tried. She said that it was not correctly prosecuted and it wasnt first degree murder. The dummy, Karen, was so far off base running around with her "she "feels" bad" deal, nothing to do with the law, just how she feels, was more wrong than this lady by far. So again we are at Corys lack of intelligence or is it simply she doesnt care or??? Im not sure what but Cory screwed this up and really screwed up the rest of the case as well. She is just terrible and needs to be put on trial herself for her shady misguided ways.
