New juror speaks about Michael Dunn trial
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A new juror is breaking her silence in the Michael Dunn trial.
Her name is Creshuna Miles and she was one of two black women on the jury.
Miles told CNN that in her mind the case was never about race.
"I never once thought about, oh this was a black kid, this was a white guy, because that was wasn't the case."
The state attorney's office is requesting that Michael Dunn be retried in May for first-degree murder.
