JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The local mother jailed after claiming she fired a warning shot at her husband faces a new hearing.

The state filed a motion today to modify or revoke Marissa Alexander's bond.

She was freed from jail last year after a judge said jury instructions were wrong in the trial in which she was convicted.

The new hearing is scheduled for Friday.

This is funny. The driver of the SUV of the Jordan Davis case violated his probation. He was out passed his curfew and got someone killed and the SAO did nothing to him. I guess the SAO dose not want their star witness showing up in court in a orange jumpsuit....
