New motion would revoke Marissa Alexander's bond
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The local mother jailed after claiming she fired a warning shot at her husband faces a new hearing.
The state filed a motion today to modify or revoke Marissa Alexander's bond.
She was freed from jail last year after a judge said jury instructions were wrong in the trial in which she was convicted.
The new hearing is scheduled for Friday.
