Its a sad state affairs when our number #1 reason for becoming a country, freedom which is really exemplified by 2 things more than any other: freedom to our land and freedom of religion. We have had the commies take religion and twist it and spin it in such a terrible way as to make it the exact opposite of what the founders intended and now with the new eminent domain and as you stated all the other "loopholes" that are built into the law its almost not worth owning anymore. At that point whats the incentive? Why work hard and save? I know the gubmint is, as we speak in fact, trying to demonize that exact concept(work and to victor goes spoils) so after all is said and done if they cant beat us morally and mentally, they will just run thier perversions through a corrupted supreme court so we CANT even legaly fight it!

There are other stories our there we county code enforcement generates revenue by taking homes from people. Seizing their good which are not health threat. Ask action news for the other side of the coin where you masters tell you what you can and cannot do in your home. If you do not follow their rules and do as your master says your home can be taken from you citing county ordinances. Welcome to Amerika with K for a reason.
