JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police say a man is in custody after shots were fired at a Northside convenience store.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was called to 4700 Norwood Avenue near the Gateway Mall about a shooting before 3 p.m. today.

Police say a man shot at another in front of a store. The victim, who was not injured, then drove down the street and flagged an officer. Police found the suspect behind a nearby apartment complex.

Police have not released the names of those who were involved.
