Time will tell if wild speculation or not. Clock has already passed for the likely hood of finding her alive. After this much time there is about 1 percent chance of alive at the 2 week mark that will drop to about less than half percent.

Neither of those scenarios are accurate. Wild speculation is not helpful.

2 Possible scenarios she was killed and her car stolen drove to Deerfield beach. The other is she drove the car down to Deerfield then something happened to her. If she drove the card down there then she might still be alive, however, if she is abducted and the abducter sees shes has the whole state looking for they will most likely kill her.
