JACKSONVILLE, Fla. --A man was arrested Jan. 16 after a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office SWAT unit was called to a Northside residence.
The unit arrived around 4:30 p.m. after JSO detectives saw a felony suspect go into a home at 934 Kenmore St. The suspect was wanted on an aggravated battery warrant.
Some nearby homes were evacuated as a precaution. The suspect was taken into custody without incident about four hours later.
Police have not yet identified the suspect.
