ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office says a report of a suspicious incident along I-95 turned out to be a medical situation, not a crime.

Investigators received a call on Sunday from someone who saw five men carrying a limp woman toward the woods between SR 207 and SR 16.

Deputies searched that area through Monday morning and found nothing suspicious.

Investigators received a second report about a mentally challenged woman having a seizure on Sunday, at about the same time and in the same area.

The Sheriff's Office said her caregivers tried to control her and put her in another car.

Investigators now believe both incidents are the same.
