ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. - Opening statements in a local murder trial are set to begin Monday morning. The suspect, Quentin Truehill, is one of three accused of killing 29-year-old Vincent Binder back in 2010.
At the time, Binder was a gradate student at Florida State University.
Peter Hughes and Kentrell Johnson are the other two men accused of killing Binder.
Police said the men escaped from a Louisiana prison and then kidnapped Binder from Tallahassee.
His body was found in St. Johns County off of State Road 16.

I heard an idea that if the name of a person cannot be pronounced by a random sample of 80% of the working people in this country, then that person should be deported to the country of name origin. Also if a person puts any country in front of American, they too should be considered a traitor and deported. I dont put Dutch American in front of my name and I was nearly born in the Netherlands! This makes mucho grande sense to me. Also it was noted that people who are productive, hard working citizens or who do not put anything in front of the American would be automatically exempt from this "decree"... I like it alot! And lookey here, I would be willing to bet that the kid that was a grad student would never have gotten killed simply because the 3 above would have all been part of the suggested "law". The answers to there "hard" questions are really SO simple. And then we are America the STRONG again... wouldnt that be just peachy keen? I do beleive it would, i do indeed!
