JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A former homeless woman now has a place to call her own after builders finished her fully-furnished home in five days.

Juanita Forman was overwhelmed by emotion when she received the keys to her new home, "Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God."

Forman was homeless years ago before getting back on her feet and moving into an apartment.

She said she and her four children were homeless and lived in a shelter, during their rough time.

"I was homeless in New York for a while, then I got a job working with homeless people from being homeless, they hired me and I started doing classes to help other people," said Forman.

Forman said her trouble started after her mom passed away, and she bounced around from house to house.

Builders Care put together the house with funding from a private company.

Builders Care is an organization that helps low-income families get permanent homes.

The organization turned Forman's new home from a room building into a fully-furnished two-bedroom house in just five days.

"It was a lot of work, we had people in on top of people, electricians, on top of plumbers and framers," said Matthew Wilford, executive director.

Forman said she appreciates all the hard work the builders put into her home.

"This doesn't happen every day to people, I mean I can't even talk. I'm just so overwhelmed with the feeling of love from everybody," said Forman.

Dozen of friends and family poured in the home. They said they were amazed how it was all put together so quickly.

"I just feel like I was in heaven with all of these angels around me I feel blessed," said Forman.

Forman said she can't wait to move in.

"I'm ready to go, I want to move in today," said Forman.

Forman and her grandson will officially move in on Feb. 18.
