Overturned car temporarily blocks traffic downtown
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A car flipped over on State Street early Tuesday morning blocking traffic for several hours.
JSO is investigating the accident. We do not know if there were any injuries at the time, however
all roads were opened in time for morning rush hour traffic.
