the homeowners & their "licensed contractors", should be responsible for debris removal !!! why should the taxpayers foot the bill ??? that's why folks have insurance !! or should have !!! and since when does a mayor of some podunk 3rd rate community, get to declare a disaster area ??? generally these come from governors, not mayors... and let's be absolutely it only applies to the affected homeowners... not an excuse for the entire 30,000 homes to get a facelift at taxpayer expense !!!!
