PALM COAST -- A Palm Coast man was arrested Saturday afternoon on a lewd and lascivious molestation charge in connection with an incident that occurred in a wooded area of the Graham Swamp Preservation Area.

Flagler County Sheriff's deputies says a 15-year-old boy told them Jason Stockwell, 33, of Clubhouse Drive, accosted him about 2 p.m. as he was walking through the area.

The teen said Stockwell exposed himself and then grabbed him.  According to the report, Stockwell pulled down the teen's pants and underwear and touched his genitals. The teen said he was able to break free and ran to the parking lot on Old Kings Road where he called the Sheriff's Office.

Deputies found Stockwell and the teen identified him as the attacker.

This is the third arrest that deputies have made in the preservation area since October.

Deputies routinely patrol the Graham Swamp Preservation area and other Flagler County trails and pedestrian paths by bike and foot.
