i think the article should state deputies found an expended round in the garage,, not they found shell ??? sounds like a day att the beach.. a round is an unexpended bullet,, a casing is the base of said ordnance,, the bullet or slug is the top/deadly part of the round !!! jesus,, where do they find these reporters ??? arkansas or bum fugg egypt ???
