JACKSONVILLE, Fla --  Hundreds of kids rushed into a Northside Walmart and terrorized the store.  Police say the group caused $1,500 worth of damage.  And the entire ordeal was caught on camera and posted to the internet.

It's now sparking new outrage on the Northside.

In the video, kids can be seen throwing produce and wreaking havoc inside the store.

"That's just totally uncalled for in this community and this community should not tolerate this," said Pastor RL Gundy of Mt Sinai Missionary Baptist Church.

He is disgusted by what he sees happening in his neighborhood. He says the actions of these kids put a black eye on the Northside.

"I think we have reached a point in time where there are some moral issues, some ethical issues that have to be addressed," he said.

Pastor Gundy says this was a huge safety issue.  He says luckily no one was hurt, but someone easily could have been.  He says kids need to be held responsible their actions.  He says the problem starts at home.

"In all cases, it starts with the parents but then also the cases when parents aren't in the home, and then, that's when we as society as churches as civic leaders and civic organizations need to step in to do something about it."

Pastor Gundy says there are programs at his church to help moms and dads become better parents.

As for the kids involved in the smash mob, he says they should be forced to clean the store, write an apology and their parents should have to pay for the damage.

So far, no arrests have been made in this case.  Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS.  You will remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000.

These DELINQUENTS Blacks are 'above reproach' in this country, if any of them get charged at all, I'll be shocked. I did not see ONE WHITE OR MEXICAN OR WHATEVER in that video so shut your "that's racists' remark mouths.

Pastor, I am a parent and I have always disciplined my kids. When they get to be teens they come under the influence of other kids who are wild. And they get caught up. I found out one of my kids was into stuff he should not have been into and it was because the friends I thought were good kids are not good kids. My influence was zero until I knew. Now he is grounded and has no facebook or cell phone until he gets his act together. Know where your kids are and who they hang out with. There are so many bad seeds out there and they are dragging other kids down with them. My son felt the wrath of Mom this summer.

Two questions: 1) How come they never mention race in these articles? 2) Is this what MLK marcher for?

This Pastor has the correct solution. Punish both the offenders and their parents for not taking the time and effort to raise their children to respect the property of others and to teach them that their actions also bare responsibility. What kind of parents are these who even let their children entertain thoughts of criminal activity? Race and color are not an issue, just an issue of very poor parenting.
