Glad to see that a company is moving to the old Barnett bank building. The best part of this news is that they did not ask for or want any type of incentives to move down town. This is the way all companies need to move. At there expense not us the tax payers. Clayton, NC. gave Winn Dixie huge sums of incentives to move there from Raleigh,NC. After a short few years they closed the warehouse and moved out, leaving Clayton tax payers holding the bag for all of the incentives. They had to put in all the utilities as there were none at that sight. This happens a lot, with the bid companies.
