Domestic shooting leaves one person injured
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police say a person was shot while trying to intervene in a domestic fight.
Police responded to an aggravated battery call on W. 11th Street and Pearl early Thursday morning. They told Action News the call involved a domestic dispute between two people.
Police also said a roommate in the home tried to intervene and was shot. The victim is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police did not say if there were any arrests related to the incident.
