Murphette88, There's nothing in this country that's free, someone has paid or is paying so you don't have to get off your lazy low income butt. If your using these "free resources" for education it's already to late, they should have gotten that education in schools that we already pay for.

Don't force the many to pay for services intended for the few. I do not use the library. My family does not use the library. I personally do not know anyone who uses the library. And I certainly do not want to pay additional money on top of the money I already pay in taxes to supplement their budget. If people are concerned, feel free to donate.
