ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- Detectives are looking for a man as a possible witness to a series of thefts at World Golf Village.

The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office says someone swiped wallets and watches from the golf bags of several golfers last Saturday afternoon.

The golf bags were strapped to the golf carts, and the golfers were distracted. The thefts took place between 1:45 p.m. and 4 p.m.

The man investigators want to talk to may have information about the thefts, and may be involved in similar thefts that same Saturday at the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club golf course.

Investigators believe the man has a pink golf bag, and may be in the possession of a black and pink shirt. Investigators released photos of the man dressed in different clothing.

Call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-277-TIPS if you can identify the man in the photographs. You will remain anonymous and could receive a cash reward of up to $1,000 if your tip leads to an arrest.
