What a tragedy. Chances are this low life wont get the death penalty since his act wasn't premeditated. It will be a miscarriage of justice if he doesn't get the maximum the law allows. I will volunteer to be on his jury. Looks like Mr. Hinson has already got it planned to plead "temporary insanity"

In my opinion he should get the death penalty and not waste tax payers money sitting in prison it needs to be done soon anyone that can do something like this needs to be put to death as soon as they have found him guilty.
