Good suggestins imtelling but per Sheriff Rutherford police on duty will not be charged with crimes for bad judgement calls. Ie he or she will get no points on his lisc. Part the problem with the police as long as they can make any plausible excuse of performance of duties they can get away crimes that others cannot. Ask Rutherford why this on duty officer will not be ticketed. Also ask him why the average citizen who did this would get at least 3 points on their lisc, and probably have to undergo blood testing for driving impared. Police are needed but now days they becomming more like the maifia, that is do as we say not as we do. The law should be followed by everyone not exceptions made for powerful companies, rich individuals, or police even.

police still need to observe traffic devices & exercise caution !!! in this case he hit 2 cars so it will be difficult for them to fabricate a call he was allegedly responding towards !!! and he should have had lights & siren if he was responding to a call !!! he was probably texting & didn't see the sign !!! get his phone & check it !!!
