"he bite" the officer ??? proofreading 101 folks... they restrained him,, & he bit the officer... perhaps if they had hogtied the suspect from the get go,, he would have been more compliant ??? failing that,, a 24" maglite upside the head usually works after several attempts !!! a very effective police tool,, that undoubedly gets a suspects attention,, or it renders him totally compliant !!! he must have been super high on some good stuff to be naked & attacking people... too bad they didn't shoot him & save the taxpayers the cost of his rehab,, which won't work anyway !!!
