JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is currently investigating a shooting that left one woman with life threatening injuries in the Roosevelt Gardens Apartments.

Police say there was a fight between the woman and a group of three or four men who were in a car at the apartment complex. One of the men inside the car pulled out a gun and shot the woman. They then drove off.

The woman was taken to U.F. and Shands hospital in life-threatening condition.

Police responded and put out a BOLO for the car description. It was found a short while later on Fitzgerald Street on the Westside.
When police caught up with them, two of the men were arrested at that scene. One of them also had a gunshot wound.

Police are still looking for the other men that were in the car. They do not know what the fight was about, or how the group knew each other.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is still investigating.
