Police: Woman found passed out in car with engine running

LAKE CITY, Fla. -- A woman was arrested on DUI charges on Thursday.

Palmenia Baker, 37, was found passed out in her vehicle by a witness around 5 p.m. outside the courthouse in Lake City, according to the Lake City Police Department.


A deputy arrived to the scene and turned off Baker's vehicle, according to the police department.

Baker told deputies she took a pain reliever that day.  According to the report, Baker said she took meth the previous day. 

Baker is being held in the Columbia County jail.

She looks like she's having a very hard life...ALCOHOL/DRUGS are not the answer, she could have killed someone or herself...Hope she wakes up FAST,(no pun intended)
