Police chase crash victims identified

CAMDEN COUNTY, Ga. -- Investigators have released the names of those involved in a fatal police chase in Camden County.

The Georgia State Patrol chased a Dodge Charger along U.S. 17. A trooper performed a pit maneuver which sent the Dodge Charger rolling off the road into a tree.

A passenger, identified as 28-year-old David Sessions of Sanford, died in the crash.

The driver, identified as 19-year-old Dontay Jones of Sanford, is in police custody at UF & Shands Hospital in Jacksonville.

A second passenger, identified as 16-year-old Jyrsten Q'Amise Veal of Sanford, is also hospitalized.

Veal was the only person wearing a seat belt.
