This is amazing that no arrests have been made with all the camera footage and eye witnesses. I'm sure the kid that got beaten knows who who done it, or is this just the police saying they don't want to get involved ? Chief you might want to straighten out your officers and investigators when it comes to things like this, some day you might need them for something serious.
