Police investigating attack on UF Student
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The University of Florida Police Department is investigating a reported burglary and battery that happened at a housing complex Sunday morning.
Police say the incident happened at the Continuums Apartment Complex at 425 East University Avenue.
According to the victim, a University of Florida Graduate Student, the incident occurred shortly after returning to her apartment at approximately 2:45 am.
UFPD sent out a campus wide alert about the incident just after 10:30 am.
