JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Asian-style restaurants in Duval County appear to be the latest victims in a string of burglaries, police say.

Investigators report that at least six incidents have occurred in the last week, all late at night or in the early morning hours.

The robbers reportedly entered the restaurants through their rear doors and end up taking cash and other valuables.

The Jacksonville Sheriff Office says most of the burglaries have occurred in the Arlington, Regency, Baymeadows Road, and North Main Street areas.

Anyone with information about these burglaries is asked to call JSO at 904-630-0500 or email JSOCrimeTips@jaxsheriff.org.

A reward of up to $3,000 is being offered  by Crime Stoppers. To remain anonymous and receive a reward, call the tip line at 1-866-845-TIPS.
