JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who they believe is connected to a drive-by shooting.
On December 28, 2012, a 3-year-old in a home in the 5600 block of Bishop Lane was struck in the foot by a stray bullet.
The JSO currently has a warrant for the arrest of Joseph Patrick Chambers, 27, who they believe is connected to the shooting.
