ST AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- It's an apparent family affair and police need your help tracking them down.
Surveillance video caught a man, woman, grandmother and a child working together to steal thousands from a St. Augustine store.
It's video almost too bizarre to believe. It shows a team of four, ranging from a young child to an elderly woman, working to swipe cell phones from Discount Wireless.
In the video, you can clearly see a pregnant woman point through the glass counter, alerting the little girl which items to take next.
"It's concerning that these adults are involving a young child into this activity, so, we take it pretty seriously and will look into it and of course, get DCF involved, see if we can identify those individuals," said Kevin Kelshaw with the St. Johns County Sheriff's Office.
Kelshaw tells Action News the fact this crime was caught on camera may be what it takes to crack the case.
"When we have good video hopefully someone will recognize them. The bad thing about it is if these individuals are from out of town or out of state then it's pretty hard to get an identity of these individuals."
Kelshaw wasn't the only one taken aback by the video.
"I was astonished," said Discount Wireless store manager Charlie Touch.
Touch says more upsetting than the property he's lost is the lesson he says these adults are teaching this child.
"This is training your kid to be a criminal."
If you recognize any of the people involved, call Crime Stoppers at 1-877-277-TIPS. You will remain anonymous and could get a cash reward of up to $1,000 if your tip leads to an arrest.
