ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office is no longer looking for a suspect in a chase Wednesday that damaged several cars parked at an apartment complex.

According to the Sheriff's Office, a car was stolen Wednesday, and the suspect was driving recklessly. When a deputy tried to pull him over near the Whispering Pines apartment complex, the driver struck a few vehicles, jumped out of the vehicle and ran into the woods.

He has not been caught, and police said they do not have a detailed enough description of the suspect to charge anyone in the crime.
