ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. -- The St. Augustine Police Department has released the Medical Examiner’s report in the hit-and-run death of a local bicyclist.

The Medical Examiner says Christian Schroom's blood alcohol concentration was 0.198 at the time of the accident. The legal limit in the state of Florida is 0.08.

Last November, Schroom was hit twice, while walking his bike down Anastasia Blvd. Both drivers took off. It has been more than 3 months, and still no arrests have been made.

If you have information about the drivers that hit Schroom, you are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-877-277-TIPS (8477). You will remain anonymous and could get a cash reward.

.08 is the legal limit if you are driving in the State of Florida. There is no law to prohibit a higher blood alcohol level if your are not driving
