JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police say they are looking for the man who abducted, then raped a woman near Scott Park.

A woman first reported the incident to investigators with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office back on July 23, 2012. She says a man pulled up next to her in car on Vernon Road around 9:30 p.m. Shortly after she declined his offer for a ride, the woman says a man came in from behind her. The suspect preceded grabbed her by the head, shoved her on the ground, and raped her.

Police released a sketch of the suspect Friday. He is described as a black male with long dreadlocks. He also has a tattoo of a joker on his hand.

Investigators say they have exhausted all leads in this case. Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS.

No one can look this bad. I have always contended that Neanderthals are sill alive and kicking.
