Police thought Holmes was officer at first

CENTENNIAL, Colo. (AP) - A police officer who arrested James Holmes after the Colorado movie theater massacre thought he was a fellow officer at first because of the man was wearing body armor.

THAT'S why military and police body armor and uniforms should NOT BE SOLD SO EASILY ON PLACES LIKE CRAIGSLIST ETC. THAT also is what should be against the law to have in your possesion, unless you have proof it was issued to you for your job, NOT GUNS.
