JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A couple of new faces to show you on tonight's Predator Alert. Two men police want back behind bars right away.
First, take a look at 36-year-old Cecil Klemann. We've gotten a good look at his rap sheet, and it proves that this is one dangerous guy.
Klemann has a previous drug conviction, a domestic battery conviction, and a sex battery on a child conviction.
It is that last conviction that has landed Klemann on the registered sex offender list.
Special Agent Dominick Pape with FDLE says Klemann is deliberately trying to avoid police.
"This is his third time that he has failed to register, so he knows the rules, he knows what he has to do and he has deliberately chosen not to do that." said Pape.
