Predator Alert: Elvin Vega & Jose Colon-Rodriguez

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The first man we're going to show you has been using different names to try and give police the slip.  Take a good look at 43-year-old Elvin Vega.

In 1998, he was convicted of sexual abuse in New York.  Since then, he's moved to Florida--and now he's our problem.

"We do know that he failed to register. We do know that he's been spotted in Palatka. That puts him in our backyard, in our communty," says FDLE Special Agent Dominick Pape.

Perhaps a list of Elvin's fake names will help you gather clues to his location.  Just a few he goes by:

Jorge
Irvin
Edwin

Someone out there knows who he is. Maybe there's been an Elvin "sighting."

Whatever it is, do the right thing and pick up the phone to call police.
