JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The FDLE has two wanted offenders they want you to look out for. Both have been convicted of victimizing children.

William Flatt is not only a sex offender, he's a career criminal.

Flatt has convictions for DUI, fraud and car theft, but nothing compares to his two convictions for attacking a minor in 2004. On top of it all, this is his fourth time failing to register with police.

"Why, why is he doing that? Is he trying to conceal his whereabouts? Is he looking for his next victim," said FDLE Special Agent Dominick Pape.  "It makes him very dangerous, because he cannot say he doesn't know the rules and regulations, it's his fourth time."

Michael Solomon

Michael Solomon was convicted of a sex crime against a child in 1993.

He's 56 years old, works in construction  and was last spotted in Northwest Jacksonville.

If you have seen either of these men, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement wants to hear from you. Call Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
