JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- We begin tonight with the search for a man so dangerous that by law, he is designated as a predator.

Take a good look at 30-year-old Woodrow Hall.  Police tell Action News he's one of the worst kind of sex criminals, and a peek at his criminal record shows why.  Hall has two different convictions, one for lewd and lascivious battery on a child in 2003, the other for lewd and lascivious battery/sex on a child in 2008.

Special Agent Dominick Pape with FDLE says there's reason to believe Hall will offend again if we don't get him back behind bars, now.

"We have a warrant for him, we need to find him.  We need to find him tonight!" said Pape.

Right now, police are searching for 45-year-old Alexander Morgan.

Morgan has a history of battery, fraud, and petit theft, but he’s wanted by police tonight because in 2000 he was convicted of lewd & lascivious behavior on a child under 16.

Special Agent Dominick Pape with FDLE says this isn’t the first time Morgan’s failed to register—proof that he is a dangerous man who won’t play by the rules.

“He knows what his requirements are, he knows how to get those done to live in our community.  He has deliberately chosen not to do that,” said Pape.

Morgan has been known to hang around the Westside of Jacksonville, not far from Herlong airport.  If you know anything about his whereabouts, call police right away.

Someone out there knows who these men are—and where they are.  Do the right thing. Pick up the phone and call the Crime Stoppers tip line with your tips. The number is 866-845-TIPS.
