JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- We begin tonight with the search for a man so dangerous that by law, he is designated as a predator.
Take a good look at 30-year-old Woodrow Hall. Police tell Action News he's one of the worst kind of sex criminals, and a peek at his criminal record shows why. Hall has two different convictions, one for lewd and lascivious battery on a child in 2003, the other for lewd and lascivious battery/sex on a child in 2008.
Special Agent Dominick Pape with FDLE says there's reason to believe Hall will offend again if we don't get him back behind bars, now.
"We have a warrant for him, we need to find him. We need to find him tonight!" said Pape.
Next, take a look at Jonathan Strickland. Strickland has a decent sized rap sheet to be just 19 years old. Among his convictions, burglary and criminal mischief, but his most serious conviction came in 2010 with a lewd & lascivious molestation on a child charge.
Now police can't find Strickland and he's doing whatever he can to keep from registering as a sex offender.
If you have information on either of these men's whereabouts, do the right thing: pick up the phone and call the Crime Stoppers tip line, the number is 1-866-845-TIPS.
